Frequently Asked Questions
Tap Carousel Maker from the home screen and select the number of slides you want. Import your photos, align them across frames using the smart alignment guides, and use the swipe preview to see exactly how your carousel will look on Instagram. When ready, export all slides and upload them directly to Instagram as a multi-photo post.
Tap Collage on the home screen and choose a layout template — from minimal grids to bold editorial styles. Import your photos into the slots, then use the editor to add text, adjust filters, and fine-tune spacing. Caroxa automatically sizes everything to Instagram's exact post dimensions.
Go to Stories & Reels from the home screen. Browse the template library and pick a style that matches your feed aesthetic. Customize text, colors, and photos using the editor, then export at the correct Story/Reels dimensions (9:16). You can use matching templates across posts, stories, and highlights to keep your profile cohesive.
Open the Highlight Cover Designer from the home screen. Choose from the aesthetic template library or start from a blank canvas. Customize icons, backgrounds, and colors to match your profile theme. Export each cover as a square image, then upload it to your Instagram highlights directly from your camera roll.
The Grid Planner lets you upload or design upcoming posts and see exactly how they'll look arranged on your Instagram profile grid before you publish them. Drag and rearrange posts to find the perfect sequence, ensuring your feed maintains a consistent visual theme and color palette.
All designs you create and photos you export with Caroxa are saved directly to your device's Camera Roll / Photos library. Caroxa does not upload, access, or store your photos or design projects on any external server.
Photo library access is required so you can import your photos into carousels, collages, stories, and other designs. Exported designs are also saved back to your camera roll. You can manage this permission at any time in Settings → Privacy → Photos on your iPhone.
Caroxa Pro unlocks the full template library, all collage layouts, advanced editor tools, and removes all watermarks from your exports. You can subscribe directly inside the app — all payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store. We never have access to your payment card or billing details.
Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple. You can cancel at any time via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Select Caroxa Pro and tap Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
First, tap the Restore Purchases button inside the app (found in the subscription or settings screen). This re-syncs your purchase with the App Store. If the issue persists after restoring, please email us at support@vaykr.qzz.io and we'll get it resolved quickly.
Please email us at support@vaykr.qzz.io with a brief description of the issue, your iPhone model, and your iOS version. This helps us identify and fix the problem as quickly as possible. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
You can request deletion of any personal data associated with your account (e.g., subscription records) by emailing us at support@vaykr.qzz.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.
